About Our Studio

We are a small, private and intimate exercise space where we aim to interact with and support all our members to establish a positive relationship with exercise.

We focus on connecting the mind and the body with movement which enables our members to move better, feel better and live better.

Our members say that 'we are not like an ordinary training environment because our priority is you!

With only a limited number of users at any one time, exercising under our supportive and caring supervision, we offer the opportunity for you to exercise in a personal and non-intimidating environment.

Ultimately, we strive to give all our members the personal touch.

Our Approach to Exercise

Run by a husband and wife team and supported by a small team of fitness professionals, our exercise approach is based on 40 years of combined knowledge and experience in health and fitness.

We are extremely passionate about using exercise to energise and uplift people to become better versions of themselves, empowering them to feel strong not just in the body but also in mind.

We are firm believers that a long term approach to improving our physical function for a better quality of life is the best motivation for exercising, therefore, our exercise approach is centred around ‘functional training’ with a specialism in exercise for persons with medical conditions, such as high blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes and musculoskeletal issues.
