Choose from either:
- An in-depth one-to-one session with one of our trainers to support and coach you in developing your exercise technique and reviewing your exercise intensity levels, whilst providing you with a dose of motivation!
- One-off one-to-one sessions to experience any one of our exercise disciplines in-depth, including but not limited to: Strength Training, Heart Rate Training, Pilates, Core Stability, Stretching, Boxercise, Qi Gong.

Member Fitness Plan Review
A bespoke service where your new program will be tailored and designed just for you! The package is designed to freshen up your training sessions with an exercise program to keep you motivated and to develop your health and fitness levels.

Specialist Home Exercise Plan
A bespoke service where we create a tailored exercise session which can be performed at home. The program is designed to teach you the areas of weakness and tightness in your body. You will be shown methods, equipment and exercises to help alleviate your symptoms.
Includes:
A 60-minute (face-to-face) consultation and assessment
Program Research & Design
A One to One session
